摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance heat exchange efficiency and to make a produced water recovery tower and a heat exchanger compact by spraying recovery water cooled in a liquid cooling type heat exchanger into a filler layer in a produced water recovery tower from the upper part and by directly bringing into contact with off-air which oppositely flows to conduct counter flow heat exchange. CONSTITUTION:Off-air 19 passed through a phosphoric acid remover 12 and an exhaust heat recovery unit 13 flows from the lower part in a filler layer 2 and directly contacts with cooled recovery water dropping along the surface of the filler to be effectively cooled. Recovery water condensed by cooling is joined with the recovery water and recovered in a recovery water tank 4. Since recovery water 8 has purity enough to be used practically, it is directly supplied to a steam reformer through an overflow pipe 8A or supplied to an ion exchanger before it is supplied to the steam reformer. The off-air from which moisture is removed is supplied to a burner in the reformer through an exhaust pipe 18 to be used as part of burning air.
