PURPOSE:To simply manufacture a foamed molding unit coated with permeable skin member even if the shape is complicated by coating the inner surface of the permeable skin member with an aqueous soluble film until unfoamed stock solution is completely foamed. CONSTITUTION:A skin member 4 having a permeability and high shrinkability and a sheet 6 in which a thermoplastic aqueous soluble synthetic resin film 5 are laminated are interposed between a vacuum mold 1 and a retaining frame 3. When heated, the sheet 6 is formed in close contact with the inner surface of the mold 1. The frame 3 is removed, an unfoamed stock solution 7 of foamable polyurethane is charged in the prescribed amount on the sheet 6, blocked with an upper cover 8, foamed and a foamed molding 9 coated with the sheet 6 is obtained. When this is treated with hot water or steam, the film 5 is eluted from the member 4 and removed. Then, the periphery of the member 4 is folded, a washer plate 10 is bonded to the back surface of the mold 9, thereby obtaining a seat 11. |
