PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the attendance of a porter during the conveyance of a luggage by an elevator so as to improve work efficiency by providing a cage with a lockable box for enclosing a luggage and constructing this lockable box in such a way that the lock thereof is released only when the cage stops at a specific floor. CONSTITUTION:A drawer 8 with a luggage enclosed therein is pulled out by the release of an electromagnetic lock 10 only when a cage 4 stops at a specific floor. Attendance is not therefore required during the conveyance of the luggage by an elevator, as well as a burglary accident due to an emergency stop other than the specific floor can be prevented. |
