<p>PURPOSE:To exclude manual operation from the title device by providing a control device respectively controlling a characteristic-extracting device, a storage unit, an individuality storage unit, an individual code storage unit, an identification device and a decision-making device, and also by providing an unlocking signal output device outputting a signal by a signal inputted from the decision-making device. CONSTITUTION:As a voice signal is inputted into a voice input device 1, a time counter 10 begins counting of time. Then the voice signal enables a voice characteristic-extracting unit 2 to extract characteristic data of a voice and makes the data stored in a storage unit 3. The extraction and the storage stop by operation of a control device 4 on expiration of a specified time after the start of the time counting. Then an identification device 7 compares the data read out from the storage unit 3 by means of the control device 4 with the date stored in an individuality storage unit 5, and when the identification is made certain, the identification device 7 outputs a code signal for the identified data from the individuality storage unit 5. A decision-making device 8 compares the data from the storage unit 3 with a code date read out from an individual code storage unit 6 based on the signal form the storage unit 5, and when the identification is made certain, the device 8 outputs a signal. The signal outputted from the decision-making device 8 is then inputted into an unlocking signal output device 9, and the unlocking signal is then outputted from the output device 9 so that a lock can be unlocked therewith.</p> |
