A photo-sensitive material comprises a surface to which is applied a composition of an organic amine and naphthoquinone - 1, 2-diazide - 2-sulphonic acid -5 chloride. A copper clad paper support may be coated with the diazide, ethylene diamine, a novolak polyvinyl acetate and a dye imagewise exposed and developed with alkali such as caustic soda and water-glass to remove the exposed areas and then the bared copper is etched to produce a printed circuit. |
