PURPOSE:To secure the positional accuracy on transfer tape by a method wherein strip-shaped work setting parts surrounding electronic parts are provided and they are also used in positioning the electronic part s having a plurality of lead wires in the rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:A transfer tape 1 consisting of phosphor bronze, etc. has feed holes for positioning feed materials and work setting parts 3 for positioning crystal vibrators 4 at the locations corresponding to the feed holes. The length determining part 5 of the work setting par 3 is set conforming to the dimension of its distance equal to the length of a container for the vibrator 4 and widthwise positions are set by a width determining part 6. By forcing two lead wires 7 of the vibrators 4 against the work setting part 3, the positional restraint of electronic parts in the rotating direction is effected. To fix the vibrator 4 to the transfer tape 4, an adhesive tape 8 is attached to the reverse side of the tape. The transfer tape 1 can be used commonly, even if the distances from the vibrator container to the bent part of the lead or cut lengths thereof are different. The above-mentioned features obviate the need for the repositioning upon material feed, leading to a simple device structure. |
