PURPOSE: To lessen the spending of labor and time by sucking a part of an analysis component from a storage tank through a transmissible matrix into a tube of an applicator and discharging the component to a analysis medium through the transmissible matrix in a reverse flow direction. CONSTITUTION: A filter matrix 16 has a size of about 2μm and is capable of removing particles. A fiber bundle is inserted through the opening end of the tube 13 mounted with a spherical part 18 and is pushed into a forward direction. The applicator tube 30 includes the filter matrix and indicates the end of an applicator tube 30 with an opening flange 34 existing at the opening end on the opposite side of a filter matrix 32. When the tube 30 is placed in a through-hole 36, a spring plunger 40 sucks the liquid into the tube 30. The inner surface of the applicator tube 30 is coated together with an antibody, antigen or the like in the portion existing on the matrix 32. As a result, the immunoassay is easily carried out.
