<p>PURPOSE:To keep the size of electrode sections constant easily by forming grooves extending over the whole circumference while being adjoined to the electrode sections at both ends of an insulating base body. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 13 formed through plating, a resistance film 12 shaped to a section held by the electrodes 13 and a sheathing film 14 covering the resistance film 12 are formed at both end sections of an insulating base body 11, and grooves 15 extending over the whole circumference are shaped adjacent to regions as both end sections of said base body 11. The grooves 15 extending over the whole circumference are shaped adjoined to the electrode sections at both ends of the cylindrical type insulating base body 11 to the insulating base body 11, and the resistance film 12, the electrodes 13 formed of plating and the insulating film 14 are shaped to the insulating base body 11. Accordingly, the insulating film 14 is prevented by the grooves 15 and does not flow up to the electrode sections, thus easily improving the accuracy of the size (t) of the electrode sections.</p> |
