PURPOSE:To automatically perform cutting and separating working of a towline with the use of an inexpensive device by moving a locked rod axially to pull out a plate attached to the towline from the side of object in order. CONSTITUTION:When a hydraulic cylinder 19 is operated to extend a piston rod 19a of the hydraulic cylinder 19 is operated to extend a piston rod 19a of the hydraulic cylinder 19, a locked rod 17 is moved in the direction of an arrow mark 44 through a connected plate 20. Thereby, the locked rod 17 is moved axially and pulled out from a rod inserting hole 15a of a plurality of plates 15 attached to a towline 13 in order. The pulling-out operation is performed from the side of a 4 in order. Thereby a flying distance of the flying object 4 is determined by the length of the towline 13 up to the plates 15 just before it is pulled out from the locked rod 17. Accordingly, when in this state the flying object 4 is shot to reach a target point, many explosive blocks are dropped from the flaying object 4 toward the target point and developed to drop. |
