摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of yield even when the slight backlash of a bending jig, a drive thereof, etc., during manufacture is generated by oppositely facing the outer circumferential surface of a roller held in parallel with the cross direction of a slider to the slider and relatively displacing a slider holder to the roller in the direction of the bending of the slider along a slider mounting surface. CONSTITUTION:In the bending method of a slider 1 implanted to the slider holder 2 of an electronic part, a roller 6 is held in parallel with the cross direction of the slider 1, the outer circumferential surface 6c of the roller 6 is faced oppositely to the slider 1, and the slider holder 2 is displaced relatively to the roller 6 in the direction of the bending of the slider 1 along a slider mounting surface 2c. The roller 6 is used as a bending jig, the shaft 6a of the roller is held in parallel with the cross direction of the slider, the longitudinal direction of a slip-off preventive protruding section 1b, and the outer circumferential surface 6c of the roller is separated from the slider mounting surface 2c and faced oppositely to the slider 1. The roller 6 is displaced relatively in the direction of the bending of the slider 1 along the slider mounting surface. That is, the roller 6 is moved in the direction of the arrow 7, or the slider holder 2 is shifted in the direction of the arrow 8.</p>
