PURPOSE:To prevent the pulsation of delivery flow rate for dimisnishing vibration and noise by a method wherein a conical rotary vane is mounted free to rotate on an axis and protrusions are formed on the surface of the rotary vane. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 10a on the base of a conical rotary vane 10 is fitted in a base plate 1 so that the rotary vane is free to rotate in a pump main body 2, and two or more protruding and recessed parts are formed on the outer surface of the conical rotary vane 10 in the axial direction. The rotary shaft 10a of the conical rotary vane 10 is mounted on a driving shaft 6a of a pump motor 6 installed on the base plate 1. When the conical rotary vane 10 makes a turn, the drain to be discharged outside from a discharge port 4 receives the delivery pressure eight times since the conical rotary vane 10 has eight protrusions 11, so that the drain is discharged with a pulsation of the delivery flow rate diminished to about one-fourth. Therefore, vibration and noise during operation is remarkably reduced and a quiet operation can be achieved. |
