<p>PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of pinholes by executing printing of one color in multicolor process twice with a deviation of one pitch of printing plates. CONSTITUTION:A transparent member to constitute a substrate 2 of the fine filter 1 is set in the prescribed position of a printing machine 10 with respect to the printing plate 11 and is subjected to printing. Band-shaped cells 12 having the width D specified to, for example, 100mum are formed at the pitch P specified at 300 mum in the prescribed range on the printing plate 11. Ink 13 of, for exam ple, a red color, is packed in the cells 12 and is transferred onto the substrate 2, by which the 1st red patterns 3a are formed on the substrate 2. The substrate 2 is then moved 300mum in the pitch P direction by the means similar to the conventional means and the ink 13 of the red color is again packed in the cells 12. This ink is transferred onto the substrate 2. The red ink 13 is printed twice in two layer on the substrate 2 and the 1st and 2nd red colors 3a, 3b are formed in the full superposition. Even if the parts remaining without being etched are generated in the cells on one side, the cells are filled by the printing of the 2nd patterns 3b.</p> |
