PURPOSE:To accelerate the chelating reaction of a dyestuff in an image receiving element, to reduce the stain of a white ground and to make the density of an image high and uniform by incorporating a specified compd. into the image receiving element. CONSTITUTION:A support is coated with a coating soln. contg. a binder such as PVC and a compd. represented by formula I to form an image receiving element. In formula I, M is a transition metal ion, each of X1-X3 is a coordina tion compd. capable of forming a complex by coordinate bond to the ion, each of R1-R4 is alkyl, aryl, etc., (l) is 1-3, (m) is 0-2, (n) is 0 or 1 and p is 1 or 2. A compd. represented by formula II may be used as the compd. represented by formula I. |
