PURPOSE:To prepare a crosslinked foam useful for packaging an article of complicated shape, piping parts, etc., and useful as a thermal insulating material and as a cushioning material by preparing the foam having closed and/or open cells from a photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin (e.g. a resin comprising a difunctional unsatd. urethane-acryl oligomer having terminal double bonds, obtd. by reacting ethylene glycol with hexamethylene diisocyanate and reacting the product with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate; penterithritol tetraacrylate; 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate; and benzoin butyl ether) pref. contg. air bubbles is injected through a nozzle and crosslinked by irradiation with light rays, thereby giving a crosslinked foam having closed and/or open cells. |
