PURPOSE:To quickly supply a command by generating a command menu including a set of extracted commands to display it on a user terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a user supplies a file processing request from a user terminal 1, a file list control part 21 of a user interface control part 2 takes out a list of files, which the user can process, from a file system 3 and displays the list of files on the user terminal 1. A command list operating part 6 selects a pertinent command definition part out of plural command definition parts (5-1) to (5-n) in response to designation and reads a set of commands included in this command definition part and transfers it to a command menu control part 22. The command menu which includes commands having a high frequency in use but does not include unnecessary commands is generated in accordance with the file attribute of the processing object file designated by the user and is displayed on the user terminal in this manner. Thus, the user can easily and quickly select required commands. |
