摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the preservability of a sensor and to perform accurate measurement by perfectly separating an oxidoreductase layer and an electron acceptive layer in a dry state. CONSTITUTION:Leads 2, 3 are formed to an insulating substrate 1 and dried under heating to form an electrode system consisting of a measuring electrode 4 and an opposed electrode 5. Further, insulating paste is printed so as to par tially cover the electrode system, to make the area of the exposed parts of the electrodes constant and to cover the unnecessary parts of the leads and heat-treated to form an insulating layer 6. Next, the exposed parts of the measur ing electrode 4 and the opposed electrode 5 are polished to be heat-treated at 100 deg.C in air. After the electrode part is constituted by this method, a carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) layer is formed as a hydrophilic polymer layer. Next, an aqueous solution of glucose oxidase (GOD) is developed so as to cover the CMC layer and dried to form a CMC-GOD layer 7. Further, a polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) layer 8 is formed on the CMC-GOD layer and a potassium ferricianide-lecithin layer 9 is formed on the PVP layer 8 to manufacture a sensor.
