<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of burr when a liquid entrance and exit tube is thermally fused to a bag by forming at least one continuous spiral groove to a recessed heating surface and positioning the end communicating with the interior of the bag of the spiral groove at the almost central part of the recessed heating surface. CONSTITUTION:At least one sprial groove 7 is formed to both recessed heating surfaces 4, 5 so as to extend to both of them to form one continuous spiral groove. The start end 8 and terminal 9 of the spiral groove 7 are positioned at the almost central part of the recessed heating surface 4. By this constitution, when a liquid entrance and exit tube is thermally fused to a sheet made of a synthetic resin, even if the molten resin generated when a tube 13 is fused to a sheet 11 flows out, said resin flows in the spiral groove 7 formed to the recessed heating surfaces of upper and lower molds and no burr is generated. Since the groove 7 is spiral, the molten resin at any part is easy to flow in the groove and, as a result, the generation of burr is effectively suppressed.</p> |
