<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the contaimination of a tube with bacteria accumulated in a cut part when a protector is opened by providing an almost linear opening line from a cut-in part by cutting apart of a sheet cross-section by an ultrasonic cutter. CONSTITUTION:A tube 1' is exposed to the outside by opening the opening line 3 provided to the protector 2 sealing and protecting the tube 1 mounted to a blood bag 10 by the hand. The tube 1' is connected to a tube having an injection needle mounted to the final end thereof to be used as a communication tube for blood collecting or blood transfusion. By tearing the opening line from the cut-in part of the protector 2, the tube sealed and protected in the protector is exposed to the outside and connected to the tube having the injection needle mounted to the final end thereof to make it possible to perform blood transfu sion or blood collecting. As the sheet material constituting the protector, polyvi nyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, an ethlene/propylene copolymer, a poly(ethylene butylene)polystylrene block copolymer and a mixture thereof are designated and polyolefin hard to cut by an ultrasonic cutter such as polypropylene or polyethylene is especially pref.</p> |
