<p>PURPOSE:To prevent bedewing without using a space in a magnetic tape unit by providing a control means to intermittently repeat electrification in a short time to a motor, which constitutes the magnetic tape unit, and to generate heat from the motor corresponding to the state of the unit detected by state detection. CONSTITUTION:The signal of a humidity sensor 3 is inputted to a bedewing detecting part 2. In this part 2, a bedewing state is detected and a signal show ing the state is sent to a controller 1. The controller 1 is constituted so as to control a motor 10 through a motor driving part 9 and to intermittently execute electrification to the motor 10 in normal operation. Thus, since the electrification is repeated to the motor 10, the motor 10 generates heat and by this heat, a temperature in the magnetic tape unit is increased. Then, bedewing is prevented and special parts for heat generation are not required since the motor is used. Further, necessity for the special space is eliminated.</p> |
