WORKING DELAY AND DUTY MODE JUDGING METHOD USING PETRI NET

PURPOSE:To have prompt countermeasure for a delay in operation by incorporating a delay judging process into a computer system which simulates a parts working line, actuating the simulation process, and judging on the way of simulation about eventual generation of operating delay. CONSTITUTION:A token existing in an operating delay check place 6 moves to an operating delay place 12 if the condition is met that no token exists in an operator arrival place 4 at an operating delay transition 8 in case no taken exists with the environmental preparation completed at an environmental preparation complete place 10, and an operating delay notice processing program 14 is started, and information is given to the outside about generation of an operating delay. Thereafter the token of the operator arrival place 4 moves to an operation start plate 11 at the time of generation of a token in the environmental preparation complete place 10, and thus the operation is commenced.
