PURPOSE:To obtain new dressing having high nutritive value and colored from orange to yellow without using a coloring agent and containing diluted vinegar, salad oil, Carrot, apple and seasoning, etc., at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The aimed dressing containing (A) diluted vinegar diluted to 1.5-2.5 times by water, (B) salad oil of 50-75wt.% based on the ingredient A, (C) carrot of 60-90wt.% based on the ingredient A, (D) apple of 20-35wt.% based on the ingredient A and (E) proper amount of seasoning and spice. |
