PURPOSE:To automatically perform all of removal of a defective part, slitting and winding of a wire rod and confirmation of the strength by providing a winding means, a test means, a measuring means, a recording means, a cutting means, a control means and an input means. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber winding means 1 winds up a wire material 9 stretched between a supply bobbin 8 and a feeding bobbin 10. A test means 3 applies a prescribed tension to check the strength at the time of winding the wire rod 9 by the means 1. A measuring means 2 measures the length of the wire material 9 and detects disconnection to measure the length of the wire material to the disconnection part. A recording means 5 records the slit length of the wire material 9 measured by the means 2, and a cutting means 4 cuts the wire material 9 by a prescribed length. A control means 6 performs slit calculation any time with respect to the wire material 9 of an unslit part based on data of quality check of the wire material 9 in preceding stages, data related to the quality of the wire material 9 confirmed by the means 3, data of the slid set length, and data inputted from the means 2 and controls the operation of means 1, 2, 4 and 5. Peculiar data is inputted to the means 6 by an input means. |
