PURPOSE:To obtain a crosslinked polymer having a specific acid unit containing no nitrogen atom, specific alcohol unit containing no nitrogen unit and nitrogen- containing unit at a specific ratio, having specific acid value, etc., and excellent low-temperature fixing properties and suitable for toner. CONSTITUTION:(A) An acid unit composed of acid unit having >=3 function and aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and containing no nitrogen atom is blended with (B) alcohol unit composed of an alcohol unit having >=3 function, <=8C chain diol unit and/or <=25C aromatic diol unit and containing no nitrogen and (C) nitrogen-containing unit composed of nitrogen-containing unit having >=3 function and amine unit, etc., at ratios being 1-40mol% in one or more kind of crosslinkable unit contained in the components A, B and C based on total acid unit and 1-60mol% in the component C to provide the crosslinked polymer having 0.1-8mg KOH/g acid value, 50-68 deg.C glass transition temperature, >=-0.5muC/g.mum electrostatic amount by abrasion and <=145 deg.C softening temperature. |
