<p>The method includes the reception of radiation flux from the surface of the hot metal by means of a screening surface (14) and transformation of said flux into an absorbed and reflected fluxes. The reception and transformation of the radiation flux is effected by varying the blackness degree of the screening surface (14). The device comprises a screen (13) placed in front of the surface of the hot metal (1), the screening surface (14) of the screen (13) consisting of at least two sections capable of their blackness degree being changed.</p> |
