<p>A bioreactor comprises a sealed reservoir (1) in which is coaxially mounted a circulation pipe (3) with slots (8). According to the invention the circulation pipe (3) is provided in its upper part with a bell (6) and with two axial pumps (12, 13) mounted on a shaft (11). The pump (12) is located at the height of slots (8), whereas the pump (13) is mounted at the height of the minimum cross-section of the bell (6) with the possibility of axial movement. The slots (8) are provided with gills (9). The bioreactor is intended to be used for the processes of biosynthesis and biotransformation of organic compositions with the use of free or immobilized cells granular biocatalysts and adsorbents.</p> |
