PURPOSE:To prevent generation of mismatching between the encoder side and the decoder side by comparing an original dynamic range, a corrected dynamic range and a threshold level of the block, generating flag information and transmitting the flag information. CONSTITUTION:A flag F is formed by a comparator circuit 23 so as to allow as assigned bit number (n) to be set correctly at a receiver side. The original dynamic range DR, the corrected dynamic range DR' and a threshold level Ti selected by a selector 24 are fed to the comparator circuit 23. The corrected DR', a mean value MIN' and a code signal DT are fed to a framing circuit 25. Moreover, a parameter code Pi and a flag F are fed to the framing circuit 25. A transmission data converter into a serial data is extracted at an output terminal 26 of the frame processing circuit 25. Thus, the mismatching of different bit assignment number (n) different between the encoder side and the decoder side is prevented. |
