<p>The method comprises introduction into a subject of non-permissive cells from an animal of the same species, the cells having previously been caused to absorb a microorganism against which immunity is to be evaluated. The cells are subsequently removed from the subject and assayed for the effect of any immunogen introduced into the subject prior to introduction of the cells.</p> |
