<p>PURPOSE: To desensitize to large amplitude disturbance signal by providing a pulse discriminator capable of discriminating differently for each signal on a base of at least an amplitude of received signal and at least an amplitude of correlation signal. CONSTITUTION: A radar transmitter 4 generates radar transmission pulse having an RF carrier frequency and a modulator 5 modulates the radar transmission pulse Vt . The replica X of modulated radar transmission pulse stores this in a memory unit 6 for supplying to correlators 1 and 2. The pulse Vt is radiated from an antenna 8 by way of a transmission reception switch 7. The echo signal Yr or disturbance signal received with the antenna 8 is converted to medium frequency with a mixer 9 and a local emitter 10, amplified with an IF amplifier 11 and phase-detected with a rectangularity detector 12. It gains in-phase signal Yr ,i and a shift phase signal Yr ,q , is digitized with A/D converters 13 and 14, and supplied to correlators 1 and 2 and the pulse discriminator 3. Correlation signalsσXY,i (δ),σXY,q (δ) are also supplied to the correlator 3, which is connected to a data processor 5.</p> |
