PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion of temperature by coupling an electrode obtained by providing an electrode on one surface of a normal temperature coefficient characteristic layer with a heating material main frame so that the normal temperature coefficient characteristic layer is interposed between them, and coating the heating material main frame with a layer having fine thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 for electrically feeding is provided on one surface of a normal temperature coefficient characteristic layer 3 to form an electrode B, and this electrode B is coupled with a heating material main frame 1 for heating with electrical feeding so that the normal temperature coefficient characteristic layer 3 is interposed between the heating material main frame 1 and the electrode 2, and While the whole surface of the heating material mainframe 1 is coated with a layer C having fine thermal conductivity. Temperature control of the heating material main frame 1 can be thereby performed with the normal temperature coefficient characteristic layer 3 of the electrode B, and the whole structure is simplified safely, and the dispersion of temperature of each part of the heating material main frame 1 is reduced.
