发明名称 METHOD OF PROCESSING IMAGE OF RECOGNITION MARK ON PRINTED BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate component mounting position by a method wherein a logic circle equivalent to a recognition mark is obtained through the curvature of the periphery of the recognition mark on an irradiated side basing on an image signal obtained by obliquely irradiating the recognition mark from above, the center of the logic circle is obtained, and then the center concerned is made to serve as a reference point. CONSTITUTION:A recognition mark 3 on a printed board is irradiated with light rays from a light source 1a through the intermediary of an optical fiber 1b and a condenser lens 1c, whereby the half outline of the recognition mark 3 is intensely irradiated with light rays and the reflected light from the mark 3 travels toward a CCD camera provided above. The CCD camera 4 outputs an analog image signal Sp photoelectrically converting the reflected light. The image signal Sp is turned into a binary signal basing on a prescribed threshold through a pre-processign circuit 21, a binary signal Sg containing a binary image is inputted into an arithmetic circuit 23, the curvature of a circle on the light source side is obtained from the binary signal Sg corresponding to a binary image, a logic circle D is obtained basing on the curvature concerned, and the center P1 of the logic circle can be obtained through such a way that two different tangential lines L1 and L2 are drawn to the logic circle D and an intersection point between perpendiculars l1 and l2 extending from tangent points between the logic circle D and the lines L1 and L2 is obtained.
