PURPOSE:To enable small substances and large substances to be manufactured readily in use of simple frames by compound-synthesizing, in use of joining liquid as medium, granulated synthetic resin obtained in solubility oxidation reducing and compound-synthesizing synthetic resin waste matters. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 bored into an appropriate bowl shape is provided, next, in the gap 3 between a mold frames in which the mold 1 is pressed and fixed into a mold 2 in providing a space which serves to obtain a certain wall thickness therein, particles 4 compound-synthesized with synthetic resin waste matters are charged appropriately in order to be a medium of a bowl. And, joining liquid 6 is pressed thereinto, or the bowl 5 is removed from a flowing mold frame and then dried, thus a new bowl 5 can be obtained.
