PURPOSE:To switch between both side copying and multiple copying without the necessity for a switching back part by providing a carrying path for both side copying which reverses and introduces material to be transferred to a temporary integral part, and guides for multiple copying which introduces it to the temporary integral part from the middle part of the path for both side copying from the opposite direction as at the time of both side copying. CONSTITUTION:The path for both side copying 19 which carries the material to be transferred P passed through a fixing device 15 and reverses and introduces the material to be transferred P to the temporary integral part 18, and the guides for multiple copying 42 and 43, provided in this carrying path for both side copying 19, and introduces the material to be transferred P carried along the carrying path for both side copying 19 from the middle part of the carrying path for both side copying 19 from the opposite direction as at the time of transferring, to the temporary integral part 18 are provided. By providing the carrying path for both side copying 19, the material to be transferred P can be integrated at the temporary integrating part 18 in the state where the material to be transferred is reversed, and further, by providing the gates for multiple copying 42 and 43 in the carrying path for both side copying 19, the material to be transferred P can be integrated at the temporary integrating part 18 in the state where the material to be transferred P is not reversed. Thus, the switching back part becomes unnecessary and switching can be carried out between both side copying and multiple copying. |
