PURPOSE:To relatively easily produce seamless capsules contg. a hydrophilic material, particularly an aq. soln. ley a dropping method by interposing the lower fatty acid ester of cane sugar between the content and a film. CONSTITUTION:Nozzles 1 to 3 which have successively increasing diameters and are concentrically disposed are provided. The hydrophilic material liquid 4, the lower fatty acid ester of cane sugar 5 and the film liquid 6 for the seamless capsules are simultaneously extruded into a cooling liquid 8 from a 1st nozzle group 1, a 2nd nozzle group 2 and a 3rd nozzle group 3. Consequently, the seamless capsules 7 contg. the hydrophilic material, more particularly the aq. soln. are relatively easily produced by the dropping method. |
