PURPOSE:To easily generate a trouble card list by constituting a data file of check data of a directory part for classifying the trouble card list at every enterprise and a data part in which the check data is stored. CONSTITUTION:A data file formed by collecting check data of a trouble card list is constituted of a directory part 1 and a data part 2. The directory part 1 classifies the trouble card list at every enterprise for managing a credit card, and stores a business condition/enterprise code of the enterprise, and a start address of a data area 21 for storing the check data of the trouble card list of the enterprise. The data part 2 stores the check data of all trouble cards in accordance with the classification of the directory part 1. In such data area 21, the check data of the trouble card of each enterprise consists of an ID No. of the trouble card and the accident contents. In such a way, the trouble card list is generated easily. |
