PURPOSE:To shorten the computation time and to distribute the surplus power of a load-interchanging distribution line appropriately by performing a simple second interchange computation using detailed precalculation data as initial values. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of load interchange computations under various preset conditions are performed according to a detailed first interchange calculation and the obtained results are stored as precalculation data. Then a condition to which the conditions existing at the time of occurrence of fault belongs is selected from the preset conditions. Then, a simple second interchange computation is performed in first stage by using precalculation data under selected conditions as initial values. The switch operation of the first interchange process is conducted according to the results of the second interchange computation. When a service interruption section remains as a result, a detailed third interchange computation is conducted in second stage for each service interruption section. Then, the switch operation of the second interchange process is conducted. Thus, it is possible to shorten the computation time, to reduce the service interruption section after interchange, and to distribute surplus power after the interchange appropriately. |
