发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING ACTUATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To decide the presence of the generation of the malfunction of a pulse motor by using the phase difference of a sensor output corresponding to the revolution of the pulse motor and an assumed sensor output in a controller for the supply of ink at every zone of a printer. CONSTITUTION:A rotary encoder is coupled directly with a pulse motor driving a blade determining the supply of ink at every zone of a printer, and sensor outputs phia, phib synchronized with the revolution of the motor are generated. Assumed sensor outputs phiA, phiB represent reference pulses synchronized with driving pulses. Check pulses P1, P2,... are used. The pulses phia, phib coincide with the pulses phiA, phiB on normal operation. The displacement of pulses can be detected so that phia=0 and phib=1 are acquired to phiA=0 and phiB=0 at the point P1. According to such a method, the generation of a malfunction can be decided when abnormally large displacement is detected.
