<p>PURPOSE:To realize a monostable multivibrator with stable quasi-stabilization period without using an out-fitted component by making the current capacity of a constant current source proportionate to a control current which controls the center frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 1 which controls the center frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) 3 included in a frequency demodulation circuit 60, a pre-value hold circuit 70 which pre-value holds a voice signal from the frequency demodulation circuit 60, and the monostable multivibrator 90 are generated in the same monolithic IC. At such a case, a constant current circuit 91 is comprised of the transistor of a current mirror circuit, and makes the current capacity of the constant current source proportionate to the control current which controls the center frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator. Thereby, it is possible to realize the monostable multivibrator with remarkably stabled quasi-stabilization period without providing the out-fitted component.</p> |
