<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to decrease coke ratio by feeding oxygen enriched air to heat the tip of tuyere to a predtermined temperature and by mixing oil coke into pulverized coal to blow it into a furnace. CONSTITUTION:Oxygen enriched air is fed to heat the tip of tuyere to 2350-2400 deg.C. And oil coke is mixed into pulverized coal, which is blown into a furnace. In this manner, solution losses can be reduced, resulting in improved combustibility of oil coke. Consequently, decrease of fuel ratio and increase of delivery quantity of iron can be achieved.</p> |
