PURPOSE:To allow a product to surely fall by relatively moving both a cylindrical rotor and a bottom part and enabling them to be separated and also independently rotating one side. CONSTITUTION:When a specified amount of a product is stored in a hopper device 111, a shutter 113 is opened and the product is introduced into a centrifugal separator 122. This product is collected to the lower part of the space formed of a cylindrical member 136 and a bottom cover member 138. Then a rotary driver is actuated and both the cylindrical member 136 and the bottom cover member 138 are integrally rotated via a rotary driving shaft 132. The product is moved on the inner surface of the cylindrical member 136. Furthermore oil incorporated in the product is separated and discharged through the small holes 134 of the cylindrical member 136 and collected in an oil collection cylinder 131. Then the product is allowed to fall to the lower part of the space formed of the cylindrical member 136 and the bottom cover member 138 by stopping the cylindrical member 136. Thereby the product is prevented from being cracked.
