发明名称 METHOD FOR GRINDING NONOXIDE CERAMICS
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently grind nonoxide ceramics and to form fine powder of the grain sizes smaller than heretofore by removing an iron-component from the slurry of the nonoxide ceramics with magnetic force, thereby controlling the iron-component in the slurry. CONSTITUTION:The slurry is partly withdrawn by a slurry circulating pump 3 and the iron-component in the slurry is removed by the magnetic force of an iron removing device 4; thereafter, the slurry controlled in the iron-component is returned by a returning pipe 10 to a medium agitating type grinding mill 1 by which the slurry is reground at the time of grinding of the nonoxide ceramics in the slurry state by using the above-mentioned grinding mill 1. Consequently, the nonoxide ceramics is efficiently ground and in addition, the fine powder finer in grain size than heretofore is formed. The sinterability of the nonoxide ceramics is improved and the cost of producing the nonoxide ceramics is reduced.
