<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the keeping of high reliability at a low cost by determining the characteristics of a signal circuit part by selecting and fixing an output adjusting circuit part, and adjusting the dispersion in detecting characteristics in a digital mode. CONSTITUTION:Pad lines 3 and 4 for adjustment have a plurality of conductive pads. The pad is selected, and a voltage is applied to the pad. Then, the circuit state in the inside of an output adjusting circuit part 2 is switched. A sensitivity correcting characteristic and a zero-point adjusting characteristic are selected out of a plurality of characteristics which are prepared beforehand. The characteristic is fixed to the specified characteristic. The characteristic of a signal processing circuit part 1 of an IC 5 is determined by the selection and fixing of the characteristic of the circuit part 2 by a digital method utilizing the selective current conduction to the pad. The dispersion in detecting characteristics for sensitivity, a zero point and the like which are generated when the detecting element is manufactured, can be adjusted by a digital mode. Thus, high reliability can be kept, and various kinds of sensors can be readily obtained at low cost.</p> |
