The present invention provides a composition for human cell cultivation that is substantially free of human cell growth inhibitors and microorganisms and that contains a human blood-derived growth and differentiation acceleration factor, which is excellent in terms of safety, involves only small lot difference and shows stable cytotoxicity irrespective of the blood group of the starting material blood.
