发明名称 LINER WELDING METHOD FOR TUBE INSIDE SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute lining welding with high yield and with excellent component uniformity by melting a powder layer by a high energy density heat source, in a state that powder to be welded is fixed lamellately to the tube inside surface by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a tube 1 is rotated, when powder 3 to be welded is supplied to the tube inside surface from a downward powder supply nozzle 2, the supplied powder 3 is fixed to the tube inside surface by centrifugal force which follows a rotation of the tube 1. Accordingly, when the powder supply nozzle 2 is moved at a constant speed in the axis center direction of the tube 1, while supplying the powder 3 by a prescribed feed quantity from the powder supply nozzle 2, a powder layer 4 of prescribed thickness can be formed on the tube inside surface. Subsequently, while forming the powder layer 4 on the tube inside surface, its powder layer 4 is irradiated with a laser from a downward torch 5, and when the powder layer 4 is melted by moving the torch 5 in the same direction as the powder supply nozzle 2, a liner layer is formed on the whole tube inside surface.
