PURPOSE:To execute an order by one or a small number of terminal machines irrespective of the number of tables by constituting the device so that the terminal machine moves to the table concerned in order to receive an order in accordance with an instruction from a host computer. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 1 is provided with an instructing means 3 for instructing a table to which a terminal machine 13 is to move, and a holding means 5 for holding order data sent from the terminal machine. The terminal machine 13 is provided with a table position storage means 16 in which position data corresponding to a table position in a store is stored, a moving means 20 for moving this terminal machine itself, based on the position data stored in the table storage means 16, an input device 26 for receiving an order in the table position after its movement, and transmitting means 14, 15 for transmitting the contents of an order inputted by this input device 26 to the host computer 1 side. In such a way, by moving one or a small number of terminal machines, it is possible to cope with orders to many tables. |
