PURPOSE:To enable automatic regulation of an indoor temperature by a method wherein intermittent drive of a motor capable of running forward and reversing a damper for regulating a ratio between an indoor and an outdoor air amount is controlled according to the running state of a pump for spray. CONSTITUTION:Operation and the stop of a water spray pump 8 serving as a moistening device are controlled by means of a sensor to detect humidity of indoor air. The position of a damper 13 is varied so that a ratio between an amount of intake air through an indoor air suction port 9 and that through an open air suction port 10 is controlled with the aid of a motor 14 capable of being running forward and reversed. The motor 14 is intermittently driven according to the running state of the pump 8. Namely, when humidity of indoor air is below a set value, running of the pump 8 is continued until it attains a set value, and with the damper 13 is moved in a direction in which the opening air is throttled, humidity of indoor air is increased. When indoor humidity is high, the pump 8 is stopped for a given time, and the damper 13 is moved in a direction in which the open air is introduced. This method enables automatic regulation of indoor humidity. |
