<p>PURPOSE:To pull a cable into a conduit smoothly by discharging working fluid and pushing a front stopper forward, by an amount corresponding to the elongation of a coiled compression spring, through the restoring force of the spring. CONSTITUTION:Expanding and contracting bodies 4A, 4B, 4C of a rear stopper 8 are contracted to release pressure against the inner wall of conduit, and three air supply and discharge type telescopable and flexible tubes 6A, 6B, 6C of a driving apparatus 5 are supplied with working fluid so as to be contracted thus pulling in the rear stopper 8 and a cable to be attached to the device forward. Then, the expanding and contracting bodies 4A, 4B, 4C of the rear stopper 8 are expanded and pressure stopped to the inner wall of conduit, and the expanding and contracting bodies 4A, 4B, 4C of the front stopper 3 are contracted and released from the inner wall thus discharging the working liquid from the air supply and discharge type telescopable and flexible tubes 6A, 6B, 6C. Compression springs 7A, 7B, 7C are reset resiliently to the original length through its restoring force and pushes only the front stopper 3 forward.</p> |
