PURPOSE:To restrict a variation in temperature of fed hot water to be as less as possible even if a temperature of fed water is widely varied by a method wherein hot water of desired temperature is stored from an upper part within a hot water storing tank. CONSTITUTION:A heating means (a water flow type heater) 60 is operated, water located at a lower part within a hot water storing tank 51 passes through a pipe means and is sucked into a pump means 65. The water is heated up to 85 deg.C, for example, and then the water is passed through a pipe means 63 and sent to an upper part of a hot water storing tank 51. Water of more than 85 deg.C is gradually stored in a laminar form within the hot water storing tank 51 and the water is expanded downwardly. Then, an operation of the heating means 60 is stopped, and the hot water within the hot water storing tank 51 is stored as laminar. At this time, when a temperature of water at a lower part within the hot water storing tank 51 is varied, either the number of revolution of the pump 65 or a degree of opening of the valve is controlled, and a flow rate of water passing through the heating means 60 is varied, a temperature of hot water discharged from the heating means 60 is kept at a substantial constant value and a variation of the temperature of the fed-out hot water from a plug 58 is restricted as less as possible.
|
