PURPOSE: To improve the flexibility of a back hoe by demountably mounting a back hoe stick with a dredging module having a cutter wheel, a hopper, a suction pump, a suction pipe and the like and comprising separate driving devices for them. CONSTITUTION: A cutter wheel 40 comprising a hopper inside thereof, a suction pipe 70, a suction pump 74 and the like are mounted, and separate hydraulic motors are respectively connected to them to form a dredging module 34. The module 34 is demountably mounted on a point of a stick 24 of a back hoe 10. The module can be easily replaced for a bucket usually mounted on the stick, for digging the dry ground surface and the semi-water ground. Whereby a range of utilization of the back hoe 10 can be expanded.
