RADIAL ROLLER BEARING

PURPOSE: To enable transferring and attachment of rolling elements without damage nor loss by holding a detachable flange disc at a specified position by means of an elastic retaining member together with the rolling elements. CONSTITUTION: A stop flange 3 is press-filled to one end of an outer race ring 1. A flange disc 4 contact with a flat end face 6 of the outer race ring 1 is detachably attached to the other opposite end. The flange disc 4 has a bent area 7 toward the center portion and is abutted against a rolling element 2. Then it is shifted to contraction portions dividedly formed on a tongue piece 9. Sliding of a spherical ring 10 is prevented by a portion projected compared to an outer diameter of the outer bearing ring 1. The flange disc 4 is held at a specified position by an elastic retaining member 11 which is in contact with the rolling element 2 at its thin piece 13. The retaining member can be pushingly attached by a shaft 17 while holding the flange disc 4 by means of a pipe 20. It is possible to prevent damage and loss of the rolling elements 2 at the time of transferring and attachment, and to easily attach the bodies.
