PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency and to reform the working environment by connecting a portable cutting tool, predusters, a dust collector, and a blower unit in series, and forming a pipeline system in which the air absorption force acts to the whole system. CONSTITUTION:A portable cutting tool 14 with a motive power, predusters 15 and 15a, a dust collector 16 with a high quality filter, and a blower unit 17 are provided. Then, they are connected in a series condition to link up each other, and the air absorption force of the blower unit 17 is made to act to the whole system by forming an airtight pipeline system. And, a worker M operates the cutting tool 14 by hands to cut and remove an asbestos layer A, and cracks are collected to the collection bags 33... in the predusters 15 and 15a, while the powder dust is collected to the dust collector 16, forcibly automatically by the absorption force of the blower unit 17.
